 APPLICATION:
The machine provides automatic heat sealing of containers and
cover for 2-45AH motorcycle batteries.
OPERATION:
Move the battery onto the bench and locate it accurately,push
the button,then the machine will automatically complete the
following seal processes:close molds→tighten cover→open molds→heating
plate come forward→close molds→heating melt→open molds→heating
plate go backward→close molds→press and seal→loosen cover→open
molds→reset.
FEATURE: Sealing processes are controlled by
computer automatically and accurately. Input and output batteries
move along the raceway of the line. The heating plate is made
of special alloy with little stickiness,and can be easily changed.
Low voltage electric heater will be in safety and long life.
Technological parameters can be set in digital manner. At most
100 kinds of parameters of batteries can be stored and recalled
in the computer.
