Function:
The detector employs a PLC to perform the following functions
automatically: detecting internal resistance,detecting salability
for high voltage,detecting parameters on the touch-screen. Performing
detection automatically by PLC. Displaying detecting data in
different procedures. Puching substandard products off the line
and alarming automatically. Sending the quality products to
the next procedure until the lot number marking is finished.
Counting up the following numbers to be checked and printed:
the total number of quality products,the number of products
with substandard internal resistance,substandard salability,and
substandard capacity.
