Application:
Suitable for storage and transport of batteries with medium
seal ability and high seal ability.
Features:
Main part includes engineering plastic plate. The formation
plate consists of roller path and traveling belt. The advantages
are: aced resistant,corrosion-resisting,wear-resistant. Production
cost and labor strength can be decreased while working efficiency
improved when the platform is used. Device of new generation
taking the place of metal formation plate.
Function:
Batteries are sent to the formation workshop through the traveling
belt after acid is poured into them. The batteries are moved
by means of the turning-over board to the roller path to be
charged or discharged. When formation process is finished,the
batteries are sent to the next procedure to be assembled. Because
of flexibility of the roller path and easy shift of the batteries,the
automatic process line can be formed with the formation plate
and both the preceding and the following procedures.
